- Complete our referral form at SidewaysCollisionCenterLBK
- Repairs must be performed at Sideways Collision Center
- When repairs are complete, you receive money
- Valid on all referrals starting August 25th, 2023

*Repairs from $1000 to $3000 will receive $50
*Repairs from $3000 and Up will receive $150
